P2.08 Compact Clock for Small Satellite Applications

The overall goal of this project is to demonstrate clock technology that is suited to satellite deployment, but which has an order of magnitude higher performance over clocks that are currently used onboard satellites. The combined UoA and CryoClock technology is an optical atomic clock that stabilises lasers to an atomic reference to derive a high-quality timing signal.
