Shena Howell is a professional engineer and experienced project manager with 13 years of experience in autonomous systems, space and defense, working in quality engineering, mission assurance engineering, systems engineering and project management. Howell has extensive international experience working in the USA, Australia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and is a graduate from the University of California, Irvine, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace Engineering in 2006. Howell has completed certificate programs in Quality as well as Applied Project Management.
