Home Speakers Dr Xiaofeng Wu Dr Xiaofeng Wu Senior Lecturer in Space Engineering School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, The University of Sydney Xiaofeng Wu was born in Shanghai, China. He obtained his BEng in Space Engineering from School of Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. In 2005, he was awarded a PhD by Loughborough University, UK for his work on VLSI design of high-speed application-specific processors for real-time control. He worked for 2 years as a Research Engineer at the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST). Before he joined University of Sydney in 2008, he worked for 3 years as a Research Fellow at Surrey Space Centre (SSC) and its spin-off Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL).
