NSW Node Space Site Tour: Hacko Watchmaker

Reserve your place for the first of our NSW Node Space Infrastructure visits, with precision manufacturer Nicholas Hacko Watchmaker.

In 2016, Nick and Josh Hacko made a decision to build an in-house manufacturing facility for their watches, making extraordinarily high-precision electromechanical parts. In 2019, Hacko began to explore opportunities in the broader advanced manufacturing arena, and after presenting at the 2020 CSIRO Space 2.0 Workshop, they realised there were exciting opportunities in the space sector.

An exclusive site visit for up to 20 guests, plus lunch sponsored by SmartSat CRC and Hacko Watchmaker, in partnership with the Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre. Future site visits will include Sydney University’s Nanoscience Hub, GPC Electronics, Australian Astronomical Observatory, UTS TechLab, and many more.
