P1.29s Machine Learning Approach for The Enhancement of Transmission Capacity and Latency for IoT Satellite Communications Based on Resource Allocation

The provisional objectives of this research are to develop a satellite system that can provide higher capacity and lower minimum latency, especially for supporting IoT communications; to formulate a method that adapts the capacity of a satellite with the IoT traffic condition; and to implement machine learning approach in order to solve the problems.
