Pretha Sur holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and has interned as a machine learning research engineer at IIT Bombay, where she gathered experience in researching and developing computer vision-based algorithms for surveillance and security. Sur is now pursuing a PhD at the Institute for Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation, at Deakin University. Her research interests lie in uncertainty quantification for distribution shift, test time adaptation, domain generalization, and edge computation.
