Following the implementation of the Culture Amp software, all personnel were invited to participate in our annual engagement survey in April. Culture Amp is a software human resources solution developed to transform employee engagement and produce higher performing teams.

The survey received an encouraging 85% response rate and we would like to commend the team for taking the time to share their feedback. The results are currently being collated and the report will include a benchmarking segment where SmartSat’s results will be compared to similar industries and organisations, providing an additional layer of understanding to assist us in interpreting our results.
